Lungile Ngxola  (Director)

Lungile is responsible for the overall administration of the company and oversees technical implementation. He has worked on a number of commercial & public projects including a 28000m2 shopping mall and a 2600m2 Hospital. He has managed technical documentation for varied government projects from clinics, schools and space planning for government offices.

Paul Elliott (Director)
Paul focuses on design, project supervision and environmental impact studies. He has done design work on several buildings in USA & Europe before returning to South Africa to design projects varying from, residential buildings, office complexes, educational institutions, health institutions and an ecological centre in Dubai.

Full architectural service: We offer full architectural service for all phases of the project from brief inception to practical completion with special attention to the building’s response to the environment & climate to reduce the need for artificial heating and air-conditioning. We use the building information model for all our projects to ensure that the client and the end user have a perfect understanding of the final product during the design stages.

Project management: We offer a full project management and project facilitation service for all built environment projects.

 

Construction Administration: We offer construction administration service standard and specialised projects.

Specialised research: We do specialized contextual & socio-economic research to help the client formulate a detailed community beneficial brief. We also do research for IT and Telecommunications industries to help them make more advised decisions regarding development strategies.

Brief & Schedule of accommodation development: With our experience with educational & health institutions we can assist organizations in formulating more accurate schedules of accommodation, especially with large hospitals and schools for learners with special educational needs.
